What is CrossFit?
The CrossFit prescription is performing “functional movements that are constantly varied at high intensity”. CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. The CrossFit program is designed to be universally scaled, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
CrossFit On Ramp
If you are new to CrossFit or have been away from CrossFit for a long period of time, then we require you take this 3-day progressive course. Class runs 1 hr. and begins every Monday, continues on Wednesday and concludes on Friday. You can expect to get training on fundamental movements, touch on Olympic lifts and learn new lingo while listening to music and getting a good workout. Don't forget good workout clothes and your water bottle. Sign up now.
This is our regular CrossFit class. Every day is a different varied workout programmed by our head coach to challenge you and keep your workouts diverse. Classes run 1 hour and include a warm-up, the main workout, and sometimes a finisher. If you're not sure if CrossFit may be for you, contact us now to reserve your free Saturday introductory class.
This Six Week Boot Camp beginning at 6am on Jan 6 - Feb 14, 2020 integrates traditional boot camp methods with CrossFit, making this a moderate to high intensity workout using body weight, cardio and low weights to assist you in your fitness journey. Classes are 1hr. long. Click HERE to sign up!
