Gargoyle Strength & Fitness

Our gym is powered by CrossFit, performing “functional movements that are constantly varied at high intensity”. CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. This program is designed to be universally scaled, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. All of our workouts are planned out in advance and are in a group setting overseen by a coach. We are not a traditional open gym, but rather a class workout setting.

If you are new to CrossFit or have been away from CrossFit for a long period of time, then we require you take this Course. Class runs 1 hour every Saturday for the exceptions of events. This class is only $20. Take this time to meet our coaches, checkout the cleanliness of our facility and get a taste of our training methodology. We will go over fundamental movements, touch on Olympic lifts and learn new lingo while listening to music and getting a good workout. Strength & Conditioning

 

This is our regular CrossFit class.  Every day is a different varied workout programmed by our head coach to challenge you and keep your workouts diverse.  Classes run 1 hour and include a warm-up, the main workout, and sometimes a finisher.  You no longer have to worry if someone is using your machine or keep track of Leg Day. Here, everyday is a good workout filled with awesome encouraging community.
